Visiting from Vancouver,  Jeffrey Allport is known to conjure hypnotically minimalist and suprisingly dense textural soundworlds from a couple of drums and an uncanny understanding of friction.  This will be his only nyc performance this time around, I urge you not to miss out.  The great Chris Peck and Jon Moniaci are also on hand for some deft and pliant manipulation of digital signals through loudspeakers.
