Inwood's own Ecstasy Mule presents its Spring line in a special neighborhood
showcase. Reflecting an interest in rembetika, Kitty Wells, Jasper Johns and
handguns, the show will feature guests Philip Gayle, Urania Mylonas and
Kristen Persinos.

Ecstasy Mule likes to say it's an avant garde blues band. The CD "Ecstasy
Mule sings Songs of Love and Redemption" was released in December on
Batterrie Records.

The concert kicks of an ongoing monthly collaboration between 207 Gallery
and Outwood, presenting unusual and improvised musics by Washington Heights
and Inwood musicians the third Thursday of every month.
